I've Been Tagged!

Well I've been tagged by my friend Rachel and this means I have to think of seven things about me and share them with you, If I overshare please forgive me, we'll blame it on Rachel :0p

1. I'm terrible for keeping to dates. Give me a time and I'll be early but boy I'm so bad with dates I need like 5 reminders just to get my butt in gear.

2. My most favorite place in the world is Egypt. I went with my mum on a Nile Cruise and went to Cairo and everything and I loved it. I still haven't made my scrapbook but I love looking at the photos, I have so many great memories.

3. I love rubber stamping. Have only been stamping about 2/3 years I suppose but this past year have been introduced to so many different techniques using distress inks, alcohol inks -im addicted -thanks Hels.

4. I have a cat called Bobby (Roberta), the owners agreed to leave her behind when we bought our house.

5. I have a wood lather so I can make my own lace bobbins but I haven't found anywhere to put it yet so it's still at my mums.

6. My favorite superheroes are Spiderman and Venom I have several signed comics.

7. Am also a bigggggggggggggg Doctor Who Fan from way back and don't miss an episode and regularly watch the re runs of the old and new series even if I've watched them several times already - they help me craft :)

Insert for Natures Wonders

Ok here is my first completed insert for the Birthday Book Challenge :)
I just had to use this stamp which is called Heaven on Earth by Penny Black.

Well It was my friends birthday this week so i decided to make a birthay book for her cause she's fab.

Floral Memories Envelope

Ok finally finished this off tonight, my first of the 3 I'm doing :)



I used the Botanicals See Dee set along with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. The Main Flower is lightly coloured with Cosmic Shimmers and I used some foils on the plain inky strip.

Sunday Stampers - Week 10 - Green

OK I don't do green usually its not my type of colour and is second only to Orange ( Thats not a hint for a future challenge by the way Hels) :)

Since this is a frog though it did make it a little bit easier and Burt is cute. The dream stamp is from Clevercut, Burt used to be licesnces to Creative Expression but not sure if this is till the case and the inks are from Ranger the Nick Bantock ones.

Sunday Stampers - Week 8 - Lady

I love this theme because although it might sound daft it got me singing that song by Tom Jones. You know "shes a ladieeee, talking about my special ladie.

Anyway I don't do many tags but here we are. I used the See Dee Vintage set along with vintage photo distress inks. The lines were a happy accident with a quickie glue pen and some cream foily stuff from Stix 2.

Sunday Stampers - Week 7 - Oriental

Finally I've got round to uploading this one. The flower stamp is from Dovecraft and the butterfly is an old creative expressions. I tried to stay away from the old red and black abit on this one and I rather like it :)

Time to Craft - Week 7 - Sparkle

Now who doesn't love a bit of Sparkle?

I made this Thank You card using a my flourish Autumn Leaves stamps for the background. The Black and White paper was part of the goody bag from Cornish Paul :) The Medallion is the pinwheel from Creative Expressions and I used cosmic shimmer to colour it because I loveeeeeeee them :)

Time to Craft - Week 6 - Quotes and Sayings

Ok I decided to keep this one really simple as well as use up some of the quotes from Mom to go TSV that is taking an age to use up.

My Time to Craft - Week 5 - Pink

This is my attempt at the Pink challenge for My Time to Craft.
I used a black base card with autumn leaves embossed ii white. A small amount of Dovecraft paper from the black and white collection and the Raspberry dabber brushed on to white card and then stamped on top of it with Stazon.
